As well as the Modules to complete, there are also four Missions. Each time you complete one of these you will be awarded a Mission Badge which you can then sew around your Young Leader Badge.
Mission Evaluation Logs
We have created evaluation logs for you to keep a track of how you get on with each of the Missions that you complete. They also have details about what you need to do to complete each Mission.
- Mission 1 – Plan and run a minimum of three games with the section you are volunteering with. At least one game should take place indoors and one outdoors.
- Mission 2 – Plan and run an activity (not a game) with the section you are volunteering with.
- Mission 3 – Take the section’s programme ideas to a programme planning meeting.
- Mission 4 – Take responsibility for organising and running part of the section programme.
